The Mas de l'Houvande is situated in Prayssac, in the middle of the well known Cahors wine area and on the banks of the river Lot. 

Prayssac is a dynamic small town with all the facilities necessary for shopping, culture, nature and entertainment.
The weekly Friday market was voted the most beautiful market of MIDI-Pyrénées 2019.

The Mas is a former carpenter’s workshop and home that has been beautifully renovated.
It combines a privileged view on the surrounding vineyards with all the comfortable facilities needed for a perfect stay : e.a.

* swimming pool (10m x 4m),
* garden,
* big covered terrace,
* parking,
* five guests rooms, each with its own private bathroom and balcony or loggia

room rate per day (incl. breakfast) :
Aurore (80€), Bélaye (80€), Malbec (80€), Occitane (80€), Treille (80€)

Although spacious the rooms are not family rooms and therefore not adapted to receive children.

  • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE 
    The day of arrival we expect you from 4 p.m. onwards.
    The day of departure rooms should be vacated at 11 a.m. at the latest. 
  • PAYMENT
    Any booking is only firm after payment of an advance to the value of 30% of the total amount due for room(s) and night(s) - with a minimum of one night for each room ( 80 €).

    We don't accept credit cards. The rest of the amount for rooms and dinners should be paid either by bank transfer before arrival or cash on the day of arrival. 
  • PARKING is free
  • SMOKING is not allowed inside the house.
  • Also PETS  are - regardless of our sympathy for them - not allowed.
  • SWIMMING POOL : open between 11.00 and 19.00 hrs
  • TABLE d'HÔTES (evening dinner) :
    At the day of arrival we can prepare you an evening dinner - but only if booked beforehand.

    Price per person 28 € :
    aperitif, starter, main dish, cheese or dessert, water and wine (AOC Cahors)
